Overview: As we all know that access of everything is not good for our body as well as for our mind. So the healthy and fixed diet plays a very important role in our lives. Especially for the people who are very conscious about their weight. There is nothing wrong with our food, the main reason behind the unhealthy body is our eating habit and on which time, what are we eating.
Diet plans to lose weight:
Before we eat anything we need to keep certain things in mind, like the age, weight, gender, metabolic rate, health condition and the activity level of the person for whom we are making the diet plan. Every person has a different need of calories. People who are concerned about their weight should buy the food items, which are easily available in the nearby market and nutritious. Now the list of following food items which help in the weight loss and also help in keep the body healthy.
Beans: Beans are the great source of protein and also one of the great foods, which help in weight loss. At the time of dieting, beans like black beans, soybeans reduce the hunger pangs. The fibers of these beans reduce the cholesterol level in the body.
Brown Rice: If we compare the Brown rice with White rice, the Brown rice has a lower glycemic index and much nutritional value than the white rice.
Cucumbers: Cucumbers are best in low calorie and rich water content in them. Cucumbers are excellent for the weight reduction.
Leafy Vegetables: Greens and leafy vegetables like Basella, palak, drumstick plant leaves, fenugreek leaves, mustard leaves, etc. contain the rich quality of folate and fiber. These green vegetables increase the metabolic rate and the digestion.
Garlic: Garlic reduces the cholesterol and appetite in the body. It also maintains the sugar level in the body.
Seeds and Nuts: Seeds like flax seeds and pumpkin seeds and Nuts like almonds and peanuts help to lower the bad cholesterol and they also improve the level of good cholesterol.
Spices: Spices like cloves, cumin seeds, cinnamon, turmeric and black pepper and ginger, mustard seeds, Green Tea also helps in weight loss.
Fish: If someone is a non-vegetarian, then he/she can include the fish in their regular diet. Fish is the excellent source of Omega three fatty acid and the protein.
Conclusion: Besides the controlled and healthy diet plan, if we do not eliminate the food and we develop the routines and make it our lifestyle and also make the weight loss our new hobby. Along with these things, we have to eat the cleaner food and prioritises the exercise and we have to make a habit of eating in every hour. In the end if we can find the healthy substitution for our favorite food, then we can have a good and healthy life. So we have to follow one motto in our life that is “Stay healthy stay focused.”
