First of all Congratulations for clearing the CWE-SPL-VI for the SO and the good news is that the recruitment of candidates by interviewing them is going to start very soon as the IBPS has uploaded the call letters for further recruitment process.
All the provisionally shortlisted candidates for the interview can download their call letter from this link.
Candidates are required to carry the call letter along with all the necessary documents as mentioned in the call letter in Original as well as one self-attested copy and be there for the interview at the required time and venue.
Do go through all the instructions as mentioned in the call letter and keep your documents ready. We have also mentioned the instructions for appearing in the interview below, kindly have a look.

At the time of attending the Interview, you are requested to bring the following documents;
Photocopies of the documents submitted should be self attested and the ORIGINALS of all documents should be invariably submitted for verification.
Printout of the online application submitted to IBPS for CWE SPL – VI – attach one set of the following documents to the printout;
Proof of Date of Birth [SSC/SSLC/Std. X/Std. XII Certificate with DOB or Birth Certificate];
Marksheets for each semester/year/Consolidated marksheet or Degree/PG/Professional Certificate in support of having obtained the relevant educational qualification stipulated for the post.
― In case of Rajbhasha Adhikari, marksheets of all the semesters/years are required.
The date of passing the examination which is reckoned for eligibility will be the date of passing appearing on the original marksheet/provisional certificate/final certificate. No other document shall be accepted as valid for reckoning the eligibility date for prescribed educational qualification.
In case of dual specialisations for posts (as mentioned in the notification) please provide the necessary proof that the major specialisation conforms to the requisite eligibility prescribed for the post.
Certificates in support of the candidate’s Category & Sub-category as under;
SC / ST / OBC Category: Caste / Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format (proforma available on authorised IBPS website).
Persons With Disabilities Category: Medical certificate issued by the Competent Authority (proforma available on authorised IBPS website).
Persons Domiciled in J&K during 1.1.80 to 31.12.89 Category: Domicile certificate issued by District Jurisdiction where the candidate ordinarily resided or any other authority designated in this regard by the Government of J&K, stating that the candidate ordinarily domiciled in Kashmir Division of J&K State during 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.
Persons affected by 1984 riots category: Certificate from the District Magistrate stating that the candidate is eligible for relief in terms of the Rehabilitation Package for 1984 Riot Affected Persons sanctioned by the Government vide Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Financial Services communication No. F.No.9/21/2006-IR dated 27.07.2007.
Ex-servicemen Category: Discharge Book / Pension Payment Order with full service particulars. In case of working defence personnel, Service Certificate from Competent Authority stating that they will be relieved from defence services on or before 01.12.2017.
If candidates already / previously employed : Certificates in support of post qualification work experience applicable to the post applied for
Work experience certificate, duly specifying the date of joining, whether confirmed in the services, salary drawn, nature of work handled, date of relieving and reasons for relieving etc., from present/ previous employer, if any;
Original No Objection Certificate from the present employer in case of candidates presently working in Government/quasi govt offices/Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions);
For other than IT Officer Post – Certificate in support of Computer Literacy (certificate / Degree / Diploma / proof of having studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects in High School/College/Institute).
Print out of this Call Letter for Interview;
Photo Identify Proof in original & such as PAN card / Passport / Driving Licence / Voter’s Card / Bank Passbook with Photograph / Photo ID issued by Gazzetted Officer or People’s Representative (on official letterhead) / Recognized College or University ID Card / Aadhar Card / Employee ID / Bar Council Identity Card;
Ration Card will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
In case of candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification or original marriage certificate or affidavit in original.
All Other related certificates/ marksheets/ experience certificates on which your eligibility is decided
Please note that the candidates who come for the interview without the above mentioned certificates / documents or found ineligible at the time of verification of the documents will not be allowed to attend the interview/will not be considered for further selection process. No undertaking in this connection shall be entertained.
It is reiterated that No candidate shall be allowed to appear for the interview on the basis of an undertaking in lieu of identity proof or documents mentioned above. Candidature of the candidate if allowed to appear at the interview on the basis of undertaking in lieu of identity proof or documents mentioned shall be summarily rejected without citing any reason.
Biometric data (Right thumb impression) will be verified at the interview venue. With regards to the same, please note the following :
If fingers are coated (stamped ink/mehndi/coloured…etc), ensure to thoroughly wash them so that coating is completely removed before the interview day.
If fingers are dirty or dusty, ensure to wash them and dry them before the finger print (biometric) is captured for verification.
Ensure fingers of both hands are dry. If fingers are moist, wipe each finger to dry them.
If the primary finger (Right thumb) to be captured is injured/damaged, immediately notify the concerned authority in the interview centre.
(Any failure to observe these points will result in non-admittance for the interview)
Candidates will have to appear for Interview at their own expenses. Only eligible out station SC/ST / Persons With Disabilities category candidates called for interview will be paid Second Class to & fro train/bus fare or actual expenses incurred, whichever is less from normal place of residence to the place of interview by shortest route, on production of proof of travel. Please note that, the above facilities will not be admissible to the SC/ ST / Persons With Disabilities category candidates who are already in service in Central / State Government, Public Undertakings / Local self Government, Institutions and Panchayats.
Candidates who do not produce relevant certificates mentioned above shall neither be permitted to appear for the Interview, nor shall be paid any traveling expenses. Any subsequent representation claiming Traveling Allowance shall not be entertained.
Please note that you will be permitted to attend the Interview as mentioned above, subject to;
Your fulfillment of eligibility criteria / conditions regarding qualification, age, category etc., as stipulated in the advertisement; and
Correctness of information given by you in application including
Caste / Community Certificate in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates; and
Medical Certificate in the case of Persons With Disabilities category candidates.
Establishment of your identity.
Please note that, the admission to Interview is provisional only and if it is found at any later stage that you do not conform to eligibility norms, your candidature will be summarily rejected. Please note that in case at any stage of selection, and even after appointment, it comes to the notice of IBPS/Organisation that you do not/you did not possess the requisite qualification and/ or you do not/you did not fulfill the eligibility criteria as given in the advertisement, your candidature will be liable to be rejected. Further, in case it is noticed that you have furnished any incorrect/false information or suppressed any material fact(s), your candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, your services are liable to be terminated.
Please note that a candidate is allowed to appear only once for examination and interview under CWE SPL-VI. Multiple appearances in examination and/or interview will result in cancellation of candidature.
This is not an offer of appointment nor does it represent any commitment on the part of any Organisation to select you to any post in any Organisation. The decision of the IBPS/Organisation in all matters related to Interview and selection of the candidates would be final and binding on the candidates. No correspondence would be entertained in this regard.
IBPS/Organisation will not entertain any request / correspondence for change of Date / Time / Venue of Interview.
Please note that the interview date/ venue may change for administrative reasons, which shall be notified to candidates.
Any canvassing for selection including change of date, time and venue of the interview shall be considered as disqualification.
